Owner/Director, Mrs. Charlie Toy, is a wife and mother of two, is a member of LCAOK, and is a proud Child Advocate. She has earned her degree in Child Development, as well as Criminal Justice, for her previous profession, she has been in the Child Development Field for fifteen years.
Our mission is to: provide a safe, hands on learning experience for children, while providing parents peace of mind.
